Age of Empire 3 ( Game Solution for black screen )

I've installed the game Age of Empire 3 or some of you call it as Age of Empire III , War Chiefs and Asian Dynasties . Both of them when I run it , during the intro movie the game was fine but when the intro ended and I ended up at the main menu , the screen beginning to twich , and the screen turned black with some other colours blinking . So I finally googled for some solution and found 1 that I've tested and I'm playing the game now without any problems . I know the game is an old game but I just suddenly have the urge to try to solve the problem because I bought this game few years back but haven't been able to play it .

For your info , I've had the same problem when I was using Windows XP SP2 and Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit .

This solution I've tested it with my current Windows which is Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit .

The Solution ,

1. Go to the game's .exe file eg. AOF3.exe (the one you click to launch the game)
2. Right click on it and go to properties .
3. Go to the Compatibility tab .
4. On the Compatibility Mode box , tick on the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' box.
5. And then select 'Windows XP ( Service Pack 2 )'

Then try and run the game . If it works for you then congrats!! If it didn't then too bad . You have to google harder!

I think it works the same for the problems faced by Age of Empires 2 .

P/S: Leave a comment if someone happens to read this blog and tried this solution and it worked. Even if it doesn't , just flame me , please , this blog is almost dead , I've been ignoring it for 2 years and my 1st post is about a game's problem's solution .

Yeap..After 41 days of blogging..I am officially F.L.A.M.E.D.

It all started when I post about the "Geng" animation which claimed Malaysia's 1st 3D CGI by my sources. Then suddenly this guy, I know he is a guy coz his name is bman came to my blog and start bitching about that is not the 1st CGI, its a animation called Nien Resurrection bla bla bla.. and started calling me moron.. asks me to use my brain bla bla bla.. I mean, why are you soo sensitive over this issue man? Come on.. I bet this bman guy is the one of the people who produced the Nien Resurrection animation.. Any angry coz I didn't know about it. Hohoho..(I sound soo childish) But still.. grats to Malaysia for having an animation..

Its not that I can't take a flaming whatsoever..just next time if you wan't to flame me bman.. please leave ur link kay? Don't be a coward.. Hohoho..

Theme Park Hidden Camera(Conclusion)..

Did any of you read my recent post about the hidden cam in a theme park? Well after some feedback by fellow bloggers and more knowledgeable adult, I have been drawn to a conclusion that the photos are from Malaysia. Many of you even guessed the correct place of the hidden camera. But the other fact is that these pictures are OLD. Very very old. It started to spread around 6-7 years ago. Which is wayyyyyy before I started to use e-mails and stuffs and they've changed their changing room. Which means it is safe to change in it? I think so..

I hereby apologize for bringing up this OLD OLD OLD topic and caused some of you to worry and also not forgetting that I also apologize to ALL theme parks in the whole world.

But ladies.. you still have to beware about the changing rooms or toilets..where ever place that you reveal your skin or body. Guys, you too have to becarefull as you may not know.. It may happen to us someday...

with my younger brother at MBO in Galaxy Ampang. Some of you may know it..some may not but this cinema is just across the street from my house..Hohoho..very convenient huh..

This story is about a German Shepherd dog named Bolt who is raised on the set of a hit television show and Bolt believe that he have super powers but NO.. so things gets bad when he was accidentally shipped to New York! Believing he have super powers,he run into many dangerous and some stupid situation like trying to stop a moving truck with his head..Hohoho..With the help of two unlikely traveling companion-a jaded and abandoned housecat named Mitten and a hamster cum Bolt's fanatic who doesn't know Bolt don't have any super powers named Rhino(he really should have a smaller name bah..Hohoho). Bolt's journey to get back to his owner begins...

Overall I think this movie is quite nice. Worth the ticket money..Hohoho.. my younger brother even said this is the best animation soo far..even better than Wall-E..Hohoho..
Btw..I encourage you to watch it on the normal cinema..NOT in 3D..why? Coz I said so.. Hohoho..

Ok ok.. Here is it.
Many people still dont know how to make their picture unclickable and many people don't like that their picture is clickable coz it will make other people copy the picture easily. Hohoho.. this guide is not that they cant copy it anymore..but just make it unclickable. Hohoho..

All you need to do is just delete the href word on the HTML code of the picture..simple rite? Many people say many other stuff to delete.. but no lah, just delete the href would do just fine.

Hohoho..sorry for da late posting. I actually thinking of not posting about this coz I think is too late already but I have some photos with me. So, what the hell.. just post lah!

I actually arrive at the Gardens quite early. The session start at 8. I'm already there at 6 o'clock. Hohoho.. Coz I scared I get lost(1st time go there). So I decided to go abit ealier.

When I arrive at MidValley(I'm using KTM), I realised that The Gardens is just beside MidValley..(=_="). So, I walk around, I was soo daym boring. Then I look at my HP, it is just 7pm!! Argh. Luckly when I walked on the top floor, I saw a Sony shop. In front of the shop they promoting a Sony Bravia Full HD(I think thats the name) and they are showing Kung Fu Hustle movie!! Hohoho..so I stopped there and watched till 7.30pm then I go to Italiannies.

When I go there, I saw Karena,Bryan,BoyParisHilton and a few others already there. Follow up by the 2 Brothers..Hohoho..

Enough writing, it's time for pictures..Hohoho..

I thought that we were the earlier birds..but no..when we go to our room, I saw 4 girls already sitting inside..Hohoho..

1.Must do sports. He say he exercise at least 3 times a week..

I just found this out about a month ago and I've been an organic vegan for over four years, go figure.. That just goes to say that we must all remain as students and continue to learn and learn — never stop studying and gaining new information.

Okay, so what did I learn?

I learned that sticker labels on the fruits actually tell you how the fruits have been grown — whether they were organically grown or conventionally grown with pesticides and herbicides; oh, and let's not forget about the genetically engineered fruits.
Conventional Fruit Labels
Four digits and does not start with 9
** mostly starting with the digit 4 Organic Fruit Labels
Five digits and starts with number 9 Genetically Modified Fruits
Start with the digit 8

** this is good to know because stores aren't obligated to tell you if a fruit has been genetically modified (grrr….)
Okay, so if you come across an apple in the store and it's labels4922, it's an conventional apple grown with herbicides and harmful fertilizers. If it has a sticker 99222, it's organic and safe to eat. If it says 89222, then RUN!!!! It has been genetically modified (GMO). So next time you go shopping, remember these critical numbers and know how to avoid purchasing inorganic and GMO fruits. Shop Safe :)

When to avoid drinking Soya Bean

All of us know that soyabean drink provides good protein to our body......... but many of us don't know that there are certain days we should avoid drinking it.

Soya bean drinks are best consumed on hot sunny days when the sun is strong. The soya milk will give lots of nutrients to the body as the body is able to absorb the protein well.

However, avoid the drink when the weather is cloudy or raining. Taking the drink in these weather, the body will not be able to take in the protein and will result in a disease called 'GOUT' or 'high acidic
urine' due to the high protein residue in the body, after a long run.

This disease will cause pain to your knee joints and it will only be in control when you control your food intake of proteins and medication. The pain is unbearable and usually you will have no
idea what you have taken to cause the pain.

Food like soya beans, ikan bilis, broccoli, spinach, peanuts, & bsp;animal organs ( i.e. pork liver) etc will have to be avoided to prevent the pain from attacking.

So my friend, pass this to your family, relatives and friends to keep an alert on the pros and cons of soya bean milk and when it is to be taken and to be avoided.

Actually, to stay at KL but never been to the KLCC's Skybridge is kinda unpatriotic. So. Me and my older brother and cousin no.1(to know who is him see the previous post)were also known as the Sabah Boyz decided to go there for the 1st time!!! Hohoho..

My cousin no.1 told us that we need to take somekind of ticket to go up the KLCC Skybridge and it's free. So we went there and we saw some thing we least expected..

OH MY GOD!!! No more ticket!! I don't know that the ticket will run out. If I do, I will go there to get the ticket 1st thing in the morning but what to do..already late.. sobs..

The BEST Yong Tau Foo in AMPANG!!!

Yesterday, me and my brother went to KL Central to meet with my cousins. One is from Melaka and one is from TARCollege. We all decided to spend our weekend together. Hohoho..

Cousin no.1=Ivan

Cousin no.2=Daryl

When they both arrive, it was 11pm already and I reached home on 11.30pm. So they went to my home. Me and my little brother wen't to watch MADAGASCAR 2~!(I promised to bring him to watch the movie after his exam ended..hohoho..)

So..our conquest to eat Yong Tau Foo begins on the next day.(10am)

Us 4(including me=holding camera) is the Sabah Secret Food Hunter Agent(see their poses)..Hohoho..

I think most of us know this is the best Yong Tau Foo in Ampang.Their business has been running for years now. The restaurant I'm talking about is Restoran Foong Foong or more commonly known as Ampang Yong Tau Foo..(By the name also we can know it is the best Yong Tau Foo restaurant in Ampang).

Actually they are alot more varieties of yong tau foo but me and my cousins only like to eat these few types. Hohoho..

So we started to dig in bebeh~!

After we finish all the yong tau foo and egg tarts(from a stall in front of the restaurant), we decided to order another plate!! Hohoho~

When it arrive I have to eat ASAP or else my cousins gonna finish it. Hohoho.. After the yong tau foo is eaten till half only I have time to snap the 2nd plate(15pcs) picture~.. Hohoho..

Although the yong tau foo at this shop is delicious, we still thinks that our grandmother's yong tau foo is the best! Hohoho..

The down side of this shop is that they only serve tea based drinks. No soft drinks. No Milo Ice(argh!!!).

Hohoho..guys..today I finished the last exam paper. So it's my Last Day of School as a form4 High School Stewdent~! Hohoho.. Im sad and happy at the same time. Im sad coz next year imma going to face SPM(Honeymoon is over..sobs..). But the good side of it is that I can drive to school next year!! YEAH!! Hohoho.. I just hope none of my friends transfer school..

Best CHICKEN RICE in AMPANG!!Yummy~!

There is a Chicken Rice shop that I regularly go. This shop is very famous. Has about 50 something(if not mistaken) years of experience making Chicken Rice(woah..thats even before Malaysia Merdeka!).They go from a regular Chinese coffee shop which sells chicken rice to the air-conditioned,many artists go and LCD tv to monitor their CCTV!!
Of course their chicken is very special. Very juicy!! Every part of the chicken including the breasts is very juicy! And they serve something that other shop didn't.
The shop im talking about is Restoran Loke Yun Ampang~!

So,on last Wednesday 5th Nov, my food lover girl+friend,Helen ask me to go there to eat.. and we went there with 2 more of our friends.

My friend Dennis(the one with the pointed arrow).

So we ordered our usual thing.
The CHICKEN

Thats half a chicken. They also serve vegetarian chicken which costs a lil bit more. Hm..is the chicken is vegetarian so their meat is made up of vege. So vegetarians can eat the vegetarian chicken lah rite? Hohoho.. Just kidding..though I still thinks so~!Easy say, their chicken.. 10/10 PERFECT!

The thing that they serve other shop didn't~

Chicken stomach(quite common) and chicken intestine(not common)!
I got to say I love the intestine. It doesn't have a taste or smell only the texture is crunchy~!(Yum Yum) and they add the soy sauce to it to add flavour~ Just PERFECT!

And their special sauce~

The yellowish is ginger the reddish one is chilli and their secret ingredient. I normally eat chicken rite without the chilli but this one is a different story~! There is no meaning in eating their rice without the chilli(My father's quote). Hohoho.. Btw.. the chilli is eaten mixed with your rice. Half spoon of ginger with 1 spoon of the chilli. PERFECT!

But something good sure have the bad side. The only turnoff is their soup.

The soup consist of mostly pepper and ajinamoto(flavouring).Not perfect...

That's not all. They also serve other vegetables like bean sprout. The best is bean sprout la and also their unique fishball which have meat in the center of it. But as you know~ Im a student. Can't afford all those.

To me this chicken rice shop is the best in Ampang but not the best of em all lah. Still worth giving it a try~.

We 4 people eat oni sum up to rm35. (Two of us is big appetiter and two other is normal appetiter). At the end all of us are full~!

Hi guys..I have a question to ask. Do you think it is worth it to put both Nuffnang ads together with Google ads on my blog? Coz if I put Google ads, I will lost my Glitterati position at Nuffnang. Do you think its worth it? Do Google ads together with Nuffnang ads generates more earnings for you or just Nuffnang with the Glitterati privilege is more worth it?

Although I haven't got any privileges from being a Glitterati but I liked being an Glitterati. What's the point joining Nuffnang and not being a Glitterati rite? So I don't know. Maybe you guys(seniors in blogging) can give me a piece of advice.

As a teenager, confidence is important. We need it to make new friends which is crucial during our teenage life because most of our friends when we were teenagers are the friend that going to be with us when we are adults. Other than that, we need confidence to stay ahead. Keep moving forward.

1.There are many ways to boost ur confidence. Such as dressing up and groom yourself. Looking good means feeling good and feeling good boosts your confidence. So don't mind spending a lil bit fortune on clothes and if you are not good in fashion,don't know how to dress up or don't know what type of clothes look good on you? Simple..there is 2 ways to solve this. Either you ask some of your trendy friend for advice or simply go to the mall and take note on how other people dress.

2.Think positive. Have an optimistic mind. Teenagers usually lose confident in front of other people because they think that they are not good looking enough. They are too fat. Even some times people who is too tall or too thin lose confidence too. It is because of they care too much about other people's opinion towards them. You should get rid of these thoughts. Be youself, love youself and get rid of those negative toughts.

3.Hang out with your friends. Blend in and most importantly, make friends with your friend's friend. The more people you meet, the more comfortable you will be when you are around people and the more comfortable you are in a group of people, the more confident you are.

4.Above those all, too boost your confidence, the most important step is too believe in yourself. If you don't have other people too cheer for you, you should cheer yourself. Example like waking up in the morning, say to yourself or shout to yourself : Today is going to be a good day!

Those are the tips from me. I used to be a boy who lacks confidence but I practice those things and now~ I am confident~! I'm confident when meeting new people,when presenting a presentation~ Hohoho... So..if my tips doesn't work or you think's it is useless..then I don't know but it works for me~~ HOHOHO!!!!!.

Math and Science In English...

When I was form1, the government started to implement this thing. They say this is to boost our English knowledge and fluency in speaking English. At that time I'm totally agree with the government's idea because I have no problem in speaking English(Hohoho...)*proud* *proud* and of course it is important coz English is now the world no.1 languange.

2.But the problem is, I don't think Malaysia is ready for this plan yet!!! Why I say so? It is because this plan is done soo suddenly. Even some Math or Science teacher are not ready!! Some of the teacher, they learned to teach Math or Science in Malay so.. suddenly tell them to teach in English with out much time for them to learn English is a serious badddddddd move...

But what to do? The teachers have no choice..so..
The Teaching Must GO ON!!! and this happens in class..

And some students who are still not very good in English cant understand their teacher's instruction..

Well..what happen in my class is a lil mixture of both...Hohoho...

3.So..I suggest that our government should educate those Math and Sci teacher who still cant speak fluent or at least ok ok English before asking them to educate us or they can import teachers o~~ Hohohoho..

a Malay named English teacher should do fine...Heh Heh Heh...

Atheism

1.It means that the belief that on the non-existance of god. Atheists tend to think using the logical and scientific way. They tend to reject any happening such as sickness or phenomenons are caused by some unseen creatures or The Almighty God(depending on what religion you are)

2.Atheism is believed to be started from as early as the 3rd century and gainined popularity during the 5th century.

3.Me..being brought up in a not soo strong in religion practitioner family, as time pass by, I slowly rejects the thoughts of God existance. I dont know why this happen but maybe it is because of the influence by Atheists from the West. I always ask myself. People say that God's existance can be seen in many places. Such as medical miracles are one of God's doing. By that I asked myself. Why God can heal someone who have so called 1% chance of success in a surgery but not giving an arm to a man who lost his arm?

If there really is a God watching over this world. I really hope someday I can experience something that can bring me back in believing the existance of God.
